I photographed a wedding that Jill conducted in Dunedin and I have been recommending her to people ever since. The wedding we worked on together was one of the most special ceremonies I have ever seen and that was all down to Jill's skill and personality. It was so beautiful.

We used Jill as our wedding celebrant after seeing her in action at another wedding and knew she was the one we wanted for our wedding, no question! Her down to earth nature and great energy really gave our wedding the feeling we wanted.

When it came to our son's dedication ceremony there was only one person we wanted to carry out the special service. Again Jill delivered an outstanding ceremony with such a special touch, it was surreal, she is amazing with words and the love that eminates from her is powerful and perfect for what we wanted. We were all in tears and filled with joy at the way she brought all our words and feelings together with such love for our son.

We just want to thank you so very much for the amazing service you gave us. We knew we would have an intimate ceremony that was going to be a surprise for all and a bit of a laugh. However thanks to you the evening was more than what we had ever envisaged. You truly are so talented and passionate about the important role you have in peoples big moments.

We couldn't believe that we met you only a few weeks out from the wedding and after our chat with you, you had all you needed and our ceremony was created. You really do have amazing listening skills, as gosh we can talk, and you had our love story completely captured as it happened in our life! Your unique style of adding a couples love story into the ceremony along with the other heartfelt ideas you gave us provided such an intimate ceremony that really made our friends and family feel very involved too. I felt like our ceremony was not only about cherishing and uniting Rick, Catie and I as a family but it really felt like a tribute to our family and friends too, we just loved it!

Your praises have been sung loudly not just with us but by the people who shared our night, even though you will be in Oamaru I am sure I will be seeing you again, probably at my twins wedding in the next few years!

We couldn't be happier with our wedding last weekend, and you played a huge role in the success of our very special ceremony. We really appreciated the time you gave us to discuss our preferences for our wedding, and your encouragement to create a ceremony that was so unique to us. Needless to say I (Helen) am known for being an extreme perfectionist in all creative endeavours, so we were wary of finding a celebrant who would work with us to celebrate our marriage in a way that our friends and family would recognise as being true to ourselves. Our (and our guests') expectations of our wedding were totally exceeded and we are all left with very intense memories of a beautiful and unique ceremony. We are still amazed at just how magic our wedding was and we have to attribute a huge chunk of that to Jill’s contribution. She gave us superb advice, not just about the ceremony itself but about the structure of the entire day, helping us to create something truly memorable. The ceremony she crafted ensured that every guest, whether distant relative or closest friend, felt like they were let in on something sacred and special and I can’t thank Jill enough for that gift.

We were so pleased when searching from overseas for a celebrant in Dunedin to find Jill's webpage. We were looking for someone contempory and we certainly got that with Jill. The 'Wedding Pack' she sent contained some really useful tips, many of which we used for our ceremony in Sweden. Upon meeting Jill in Dunedin in October 2008, we struck up an instant rapport and felt very pleased with our choice of celebrant. The ceremony we came up with was very moving and suited us perfectly. Jill was even glad to help out at our reception where we incorporated some things from the Swedish party. Everyone had a ball!

Jill was the celebrant at my grandson's 'Giving Thanks' ceremony. The day was amazing. Jill captured the essence of our family, our hopes and wishes for Charlie's future and respectful acknowledgement of the journey he had taken us on as we awaited his arrival. Jill created an atmosphere that was tangible and even taught us all a beautiful waiata which we all sang as part of the ceremony. Our little man was welcomed and his arrival celebrated exactly as we had wished!

Jill, the way you led Norine's funeral service was amazing. You made the service totally about us and what we wanted to do, offering suggestions without being overpowering. You were warm and compassionate and I was wrapt when you came up with ways to include our daughter who wasn't able to be there. I have passed on your name to people and would absolutely recommend you to anyone.
